Welcome to HoodLamb, we're an independent eco-fashion label based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. HoodLamb is mostly known for its line of sustainable Winter Wear, but we also make light-to-wear organic Summer items. With new designs, styles and collaborations we try to create our own style of eco-fashion based on our "Industrial Organic" design philosophy.

We aim to offer people an alternative to synthetic and uncomfortable wear and promote the use of eco-friendly fabrics and especially hemp. We believe that by combining hemp & other eco-friendly materials with new innovative design; fashion and sustainability can be combined into one entity. Stylish, urban wear that's not only beautiful but also high in comfort and produced in an earth friendly way.

Progress in sustainability is a key-element of our philosophy. That’s why we try to stay on the fore front of eco-technology and each new season HoodLamb features new developments in functionality and sustainability. Our latest innovation is an eco-friendly waterproof coating. Made from eco-friendly hemp organic cellulose it is a great alternative to the chemical treatments most other jackets undergo.

HDL x Sea Shepherd

HoodLamb is a huge supporter of Sea Shepherd and therefor outfits the crew in Winterproof Sea Shepherd x HoodLamb wear. Sea Shepherd is an international non-profit, marine wildlife conservation organization which many people know from the Animal Planet TV Show, Whale Wars. Their mission is to end the destruction of habitat and slaughter of wildlife in the world's oceans in order to conserve and protect ecosystems and species.

They take a direct approach to enforcing the international ban on killing whales which the Japanese Whalers illegally ignore every year. These whalers continue to kill whales under the false guise of Research. However, the Sea Shepherd's direct approach has stopped approximately 60% of the whaling and taken the profits from these whalers.
