Payment
You can pay for your order with Credit Card, Paypal or a bank transfer.
Payments by credit card are safely conducted through our payment service provider Metacharge (PayPoint). They guarantee that your transaction will be made securely. As soon as your payment has been received, shop.hoodlamb.com will complete your order and deliver it to you within the stipulated delivery time. Please note that international orders may take longer to process and deliver.
The debit on your credit card statement will appear as "MC HEMP WORKS AMSTERDAM".
Please contact us at info@hempworks.nl in case you would like to pay via bank and we will send you our bank details.
Apparel Warranty Policy
All apparel at shop.hoodlamb.com is warranted against defects in material or workmanship within 14 days of receiving the order.
Before returning the items, please first send an email to info@hempworks.nl informing us of the defected products. Please describe the defect as clearly as possible so that we can continue to improve our merchandise and our service. Our return address is:

Please include a copy of our order confirmation along with the products to be returned. Once we have received your email informing us of your intention to return articles from your order, and we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email. Once we have established that the returned merchandise is indeed defect, we will reimburse you for the defected items.
Warranty is only valid for purchases made directly from our website. The shop.hoodlamb.com warranty program does not cover any defects due to improper fit. Alteration of products will void warranty.
What is not Covered
Even though the applicable warranty period may not have expired, certain conditions may invalidate the warranty coverage.
By way of example, but not all inclusive.
shop.hoodlamb.com will not issue replacement product or credit for returned clothing that have experienced:
* Excessive wear
* Any type of abuse or mistreatments
* Excessive damage/scuffing to materials caused by accidents
* Damage to materials caused by lack of proper maintenance

Cleaning and Care
Please note that cleaning your clothing may alter the appearance of the material.
In order to keep your clothing in perfect condition, shop.hoodlamb.com recommands to use dry cleaning only for all Winter Jackets, Furry Hoodies and Accessoires. Do not machine wash or machine dry.
Knitwear and jersey items can be washed at a cold water program. Do not machine dry. |
