Shipping
All orders at shop.hoodlamb.com are shipped with TNT Post. Please note that TNT Post does utilize local partners as carriers in other markets outside The Netherlands. We use TNT's Priority service which is twice as fast as Standard shipping.
Within Europe shipping takes 2-5 working days; we aim to deliver your order within 5-7 working days following the date your order is placed.
Outside Europe shipping takes 7-12 working days; we aim to deliver within 10-14 working days following the date your order is placed. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take a bit longer.
Exchanges & Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund as set forth below.
1. All returned items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition and still have their original labels attached to them. The have to be RECEIVED by us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Bodycare items must be unopened and unused to be returnable.

Don't forget to nclude a copy of the return form along with the products to be returned. Once we have received your email informing us of your intention to return articles from your order, and we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email.
4. Please note, shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer. Hempworks will pay shipping expenses for outgoing exchanged items.
5. Returns received beyond 30 days from the date of purchase can not be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender.
6. Note! Sale items or articles that have been purchased with a discount cannot be exchanged. You can however return them for a refund. |
