Shipping
After receipt of your order, Hemp Works will email you an order confirmation within 48 hours.
The goods will be shipped to you within 24 hours after the order confirmation has been sent.
Within Europe shipping will take 2-5 working days; we aim to deliver your order within 5-7 working days following the date your order is placed.
Outside Europe shipping will take 7-12 working days; we aim to deliver within 10-14 working days following the date your order is placed. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 14 working days, please contact us at (+31) 20 4945 895 or send us an email.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or store credit as set forth below.
1. All returned items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition and RECEIVED by us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Bodycare items must be unopened and unused to be returnable.
2. Please contact us at (+31) 20 4945 895 or email us for your personal return authorization code.
3. Please fully complete the return/exchange form. You can download this form here.
4. Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer. Hempworks will pay shipping expenses for outgoing exchanged items.
5. Returns received beyond 30 days from the date of purchase can not be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender. |
